The Formation and Safety Team (FAST) is a worldwide, educational organization dedicated to teaching safe formation flying in restored, vintage, military, and civilian aircraft. FAST is comprised of seventeen signatory organizations whose mission is to support education in the safe and responsible restoration, maintenance and operation of their members' aircraft.
Please note: Individuals seeking training or certification ("FAST Card") should contact signatories for specific membership and certification requirements. FAST does not issues cards on behalf of signatories.
Our primary mission is to connect pilots seeking formation training and certification with check pilots and signatory organizations that can best serve their needs. We also have a repository of forms, documents, and reference materials.
