BlueSky Airfield (2TX0) is planning on hosting a formation clinic May 13, 14, and 15 2016. The clinic would start Friday afternoon and conclude Sunday morning.
This is a JLFC FAST clinic. Successful completion gets you a FAST formation card. You will need to do some studying and be prepared before the clinic starts.
BlueSky is located South of Amarillo TX and has turf runways. True Grass roots flying.
We will have qualified formation pilots and planes ranging from L-4s, PTs, Stearmans, Navions up to T-34s available. So you don’t have to worry about dissimilar formations. The only expense is the participants share the travel cost of the check pilots. Previously this has been a small expense as most traveled on passes so we just fed and housed them.
